Ava Louise Stanton

Ava Louise Stanton is a Dharma transmitted teacher in the Suzuki Roshi lineage of the San Francisco Zen Center. Her teacher is Teah Strozer. Tony Patchell, and until her death, Darlene Cohen of the Russian River Zendo, brought her to the Suzuki Roshi lineage.

She started her Zen practice living for 10 years at the Providence Zen Center as a student of Zen Master Seung Sahn until the early 1970's.
