Marcy Daijun Brenner

Marcy Daijun Brenner has been a student of Soto Zen Buddhism, under the tutelage of Rev. Dai-En Bennage Roshi at Mt. Equity Zendo, in Pennsdale, Pa.,for twenty years. In March 2016 she was entrusted as a lay teacher by Rev. Dai -En. Over many years Marcy Daijun has co-led Long River Sangha ("just sitting") in Harrisburg, Pa. and has led meditation groups in Harrisburg's Downtown Homeless Drop-In Center, a local Elemetary School, and Refuge Recovery Group in Camp Hill, Pa. She and Barbara Tokuen Gray are co-founders of Moon-On-The-Lake Zendo in East Berlin, Pa. where participants looking to deepen their practice can attend Sesshin's every other month. Professionally Marcy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her work is centered around enhancing and strenghtening relationships. She sees mostly families and couple's.
